Job summary

PatSnap PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced PR professional to lead international PR execution, coordinate with external agencies, and craft compelling narratives around PatSnap’s AI products and innovation.

You will develop customer stories, maintain media relationships, and leverage AI tools for content and research, while coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams across Singapore, Greater China, and other markets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of PR / Communications experience, preferably with strong agency experience; both agency and in-house experience is a plus.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills and fluent Mandarin.
• Proven experience in media outreach, press materials, interview coordination, and crisis communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills — highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
• Experience working across Singapore, Greater China, and international markets.
• Good understanding of technology and AI, with hands-on use of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar.
• Able to understand and clearly explain concepts such as AI Agents, MCP, and Skills in business language.
