Job summary

PatSnap is seeking an experienced PR and Communications professional to lead international PR execution, media outreach, and crisis communications across Singapore, Greater China and beyond.

You will coordinate with leadership and external agencies, craft compelling AI-related narratives, maintain media relationships, and leverage AI tools to enhance content and research.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of PR/Communications experience (agency and in-house a plus).
• Excellent English writing and fluent Mandarin.
• Proven experience in media outreach, press materials, interview coordination, and crisis communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills; highly reliable and detail-oriented.
• Experience across Singapore, Greater China, and international markets.
• Good understanding of technology and AI; hands-on with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar.
• Ability to explain AI concepts like AI Agents, MCP, and Skills in business language.

• Serve as the key internal contact for external PR agencies, owning timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with leadership, legal, finance, marketing, and other teams on external communications.
