Job summary

Majestic Immigration Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive client acquisition for Singapore PR and Citizenship services. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct consultations, and present tailored service packages to help clients choose the right solutions.

You will work on Saturdays with a compensatory day off, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and report on sales performance and market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in immigration, consultancy, or professional services.
• Ability to work on Saturdays (with a compensatory day off)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle consultations and close sales independently
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor
• Familiarity with Singapore PR and Citizenship processes (training provided if needed)
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate clearly with clients; additional languages are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospects from inbound inquiries, referrals, online platforms, and walk-ins to generate qualified leads
• Conduct consultations in person, by phone, or online to clearly explain application processes and service benefits
• Present customized service packages and guide clients to select appropriate solutions
• Address client objections effectively and build trust to successfully close sales
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts promptly to secure commitments
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality service in all client interactions
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with case processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets consistently
• Accurately record all leads, consultations, and sales conversions using internal tracking systems
• Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and improvement recommendations to management
