Ask & Embla is seeking a PR & Partnerships Executive to support the execution and coordination of strategic PR initiatives and brand partnerships that enhance our global visibility. Reporting directly to the Head of PR & Partnerships, this role requires a culturally intuitive, media-aware individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines across teams with accuracy and confidence. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities across media, stylists, retail, and co-branded collaborations, while ensuring smooth cross-functional delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, initiative, and a clear understanding of what drives cultural relevance within the fashion and lifestyle space.

Location & Travel

This is a role based in Singapore. Candidates should ideally have experience working with stakeholders from the UK, Europe, the USA, Korea, China, or Japan.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Research & Opportunity Development

  • Research and identify relevant PR, media, stylist, brand, and retail partnership opportunities
  • Monitor fashion and cultural trends, competitor activity, and relevant editorial calendars
  • Maintain and manage an organised contact database including stylists, editors, media outlets, and potential collaborators
  • Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups under the direction of the Head of PR & Partnerships

Media & Stylist Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion stylists, editors, and press contacts
  • Coordinate product loans, press samples, and stylist requests for editorial and brand features
  • Track and compile media coverage, creating clear and insightful reports
  • Keep abreast of media movements, stylist placements, and upcoming editorial opportunities

Pitching & Proposal Development

  • Assist in the development of professional proposals, brand decks, and co-branded materials
  • Present potential partnerships and media opportunities to internal teams with contextual insights and rationale
  • Tailor decks and proposals to suit different media, brand, and retail audiences

Project Management & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign checkpoints across marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams
  • Maintain shared calendars, tracking documents, and status updates
  • Communicate clear timelines and priorities, highlighting potential risks or bottlenecks early
  • Support the Head of PR & Partnerships in ensuring campaigns remain on track and aligned across departments

Retail & Distribution Support

  • Research and identify suitable global retail partners, distributors, and stockists
  • Assist in developing outreach materials and proposals for retail opportunities
  • Manage initial sample coordination and maintain accurate records of retail conversations and progress

Administrative & Creative Support

  • Provide administrative support, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand activations, press gifting, and partnership moments
  • Share regular updates on relevant industry news, editorial changes, and emerging opportunities

Qualifications

  • Experience working across international markets (UK, Europe, USA, Korea, China, Japan) is a plus
