Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile PR & Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence, strengthen media and influencer relationships, and drive marketing campaigns. This role combines strategic storytelling, public relations, and digital marketing to amplify brand awareness, engage communities, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media Outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, bloggers, and industry partners.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
- Pitch and secure media coverage to enhance brand visibility.
- Organize and coordinate media interviews, press events, and brand activations.
- Monitor brand sentiment and assist with crisis communication when needed.
Influencer & KOL Collaboration
- Identify, reach out, and collaborate with relevant influencers/KOLs to boost campaign reach.
- Manage product seeding, co-branded content, and influencer partnerships.
- Track influencer campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) to support product launches, promotions, and events.
- Create engaging marketing content for social media, newsletters, and brand communication.
- Work with the design team for visuals, graphics, and videos that align with brand messaging.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting and community engagement.
Events & Brand Activations
- Plan and coordinate brand events, workshops, exhibitions, and community activities.
- Support trade shows, pop-up events, and local marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor PR coverage, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports with key metrics, insights, and improvement plans.
- Keep track of competitor activities and industry trends for new opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in PR, communications, and marketing (in-house or agency).
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and basic paid ads.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with media & KOLs.
- Creative, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
