Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking skilled technicians to join a growing team in Singapore. The role focuses on installation, servicing and maintenance of engines and generators, electrical connections, and system diagnostics.

You will work with control panels, sensors, and related equipment following technical drawings, while performing mechanical assembly, testing and routine servicing. Applicants should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, practical electrical knowledge,

Qualifications

• ITE qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Practical electrical experience is required.
• Knowledge of hydraulic starting systems, marine gearboxes, AC alternators, alignment, control panels or testing is an advantage.
• Basic IT and PLC knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, servicing and maintenance of engines, generators and related equipment.
• Install and connect electrical components, wiring, control panels, sensors and other equipment according to drawings.
• Perform engine assembly, disassembly and mechanical works, including pumps, cylinder heads, radiators, couplings and piping.
• Conduct alignment, valve adjustment, load testing and safety device testing.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and troubleshoot engine and generator issues.
• Record test results, diagnostic findings and required parameters.
• Perform general servicing and maintenance of engines and alternators.
• Support other technical and workshop activities when required.
