Job summary

ENCORA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Power Platform expert to design and implement scalable solutions. You will drive projects from planning through testing, coach team members, and provide ongoing application support for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

You will work with REST/JSON integrations, React frontends, and Dataverse, applying UI/UX principles and modern development practices in a dynamic, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience building Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio Agents is preferred.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
• Frontend experience with React (Vite) and web UI/UX concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET/.NET Core, Python and C# capabilities.
• Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of MS Fabric and RDBMS concepts.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Certifications on Power Platform or Azure fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform solutions aligned to requirements and timelines.
• Create new approaches and reusable designs for system functionality.
• Lead projects from Plan to Test, guiding team members in Power Platform development.
• Provide application support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and related apps.
• Implement web services and API integrations using REST and JSON.
• Mentor teammates on best practices and approach.

Job description

Day-to-day Activities:

• Leverage technicalexpertiseto design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying requirements and meeting agreed completion dates
• New approachesand reusable solutions for system design and functionality
• Execute projects from Plan, Analyze, Design, Build to Test
• Guide and coach team members on Power Platform development and best practices
• Application operational support for Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agent) and other apps
• Assumeadditionalapplication related responsibilities as assigned/required

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in Power Platform, with experience in developing solutions within Power Platform(Power Apps, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Copilot StudioAgentsand Power BI) and Dataverse (CDS / CDM).
• Experience in using multiple out of the box connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate, and the ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge on developing Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio Agents
• Build Applications with React application using Vite
• Webservices/ APIs, and server-side integration via REST and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Python,.Netand.NetCore,C#, and SQL
• KnowledgeonCSS, JavaScript, and a good understanding of UI/UX concepts and design frameworks.
• Knowledge on MS Fabric
• Good understanding of RDBMS.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Certifications on Microsoft technologies,egPL-900 -Power platform fundamentals and AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals will be preferred
