Job summary

ENCORA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is actively seeking a Power Platform-focused developer to contribute across the full SDLC in Singapore.

You will design, implement, test, deploy, and support Power Platform-based solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires 2–3 years of Power Platform experience, knowledge of REST/JSON, React with Vite, and a mix of Python/.NET/C#, SQL.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Power Platform, with experience developing solutions within Power Platform (Power Apps, Canvas/Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio Agents and Power BI) and Dataverse (CDS/CDM).
• Experience using multiple connectors with PowerApps/Power Automate; ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps/Power Automate.
• Knowledge on developing Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio Agents.
• Build applications with React using Vite.
• Web services/APIs, and server-side integration via REST and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Python, .NET and .NetCore, C#, and SQL.
• Knowledge on CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX concepts and design frameworks.
• Knowledge on MS Fabric; good understanding of RDBMS.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Certifications on Microsoft technologies (e.g., PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals and AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions that satisfy requirements and meet deadlines.
• Develop new approaches and reusable components for system design and functionality.
• Lead projects through Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test phases.
• Guide and coach team members on Power Platform development and best practices.
• Provide application operational support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and related apps.
• Take on additional application-related responsibilities as assigned.

This is an immediate requirement, these resources will be expected to contribute across the full SDLC application lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and Support L2 and L3 issues on Current Existing Apps.
