Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power Apps applications to streamline business processes.
Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization and insights.
Create and manage workflows using Logic Apps to automate business processes.
Provide backend support for Intune device enrolment and management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 and Power Platform solutions.
Handle ServiceNow support tickets from end-users.
Create Knowledge Base articles for Power Platform, Windows 11, and related topics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain and update documentation for Power Platform solutions and related technologies.
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for level 3 support related to Power Platform queries.
Open advisory and incident tickets with vendors as needed.
Ensure compliance with Intune CSP and inform management and key stakeholders before deploying changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
More than 3 years of experience in IT with a minimum of 2 years in Power Platform development and support.
Expert knowledge in Power Apps and Power BI.
Good knowledge of Logic Apps.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager device enrollment with Autopilot process.
Familiarity with Windows 11 and GitHub.
Willing to support AMER time zone.
