Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer in Singapore to design, develop, and support scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will build flows, apps, and data models, and automate processes to drive operational efficiency and transformation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse, and can translate requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Hands-on with Power Apps and Power Automate for flow design.
• Copilot Studio design experience and Dataverse modelling.

Responsibilities

• Builds Power Automate flows for processes in-scope (Loans, KYC/AML).
• Configures Copilot Studio agents and AI-assisted automation.
• Supports testing, tuning and deployment activities.
• Designs, develops, and maintains Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Develops custom connectors, APIs, and integrations as needed.
• Ensures scalability, security, governance, and compliance of solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable applications, automating workflows, and creating insightful dashboards that enable business transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds Power Automate flows for process in-scope (Loans, KYC/AML) workflow and hand-offs
