Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS Adjunct Faculty – Data Science (Power Platform) is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver high-quality Microsoft Power Platform instruction, including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI. The role focuses on industry-style learning, mentoring, and preparing learners for data analytics and automation careers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on industry experience in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• 1-3 years of teaching, training, or corporate learning experience in IT or technology subjects.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field; ACLP/ACTA/AITP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training in Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
• Facilitate classroom and online sessions with practical, hands-on exercises.
• Mentor students through one-on-one coaching and group mentoring sessions.
• Provide timely feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Collaborate with Learning Management and Academic teams to review and enhance curriculum quality.
• Share industry trends and best practices to enrich learning experiences.
• Guide students in developing technical competencies and career readiness.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.
• Support learners in completing capstone projects and portfolios.
