Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Woodlands is seeking a Diploma-qualified electronics technician to troubleshoot power supply issues, identify root causes, and provide clear guidance to customers. You will perform testing, diagnosis and repair of defective units, support pre-sales and after-sales technical needs, and liaise with customers to understand and resolve technical problems.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or related field.
• Experience in power supply repair preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot power supply issues and identify the root cause.
• Perform testing, diagnosis and repair of defective units.
• Provide technical support and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
• Liaise with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
