Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs.
- Gather, understand, and refine data requirements.
- Understand Agile methods such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query and DAX within Power BI.
- Extract data with SQL and RDB.
- Collaborate with end-users to deliver iterative data solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, performance, and security of data visualizations and datasets.
- Perform ad hoc data analytics and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Document processes and maintain data/report version control in an Agile context.
Selected candidates will be based on-site with a manufacturing MNC located in the West area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be considered for a Senior or Team Lead role.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Familiar with SQL and RDB.
- Data engineering experience preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or semiconductor industry KPIs preferred.
- Advanced SQL with relevant years of experience will be considered for Senior or Team Lead roles.
- Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus.
Soft Skills & Additional Requirements
- Positive attitude and keen to learn new skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders preferred.
