The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in Power Platform development and will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure high-performing solutions. Responsibilities include designing applications, automating workflows, and implementing governance policies while staying updated with the latest features in Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Good understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx and other relevant technologies.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design and architecture of Power Platform solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Ensure integration with other applications.

Development & Implementation

• Build custom apps using Power Apps / Power Platform
• Automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and manage chatbots using Power Platform & Power Virtual Agents.
• Design the infrastructure requirements for deploying & running the bots

Governance & Security

• Implement governance policies and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates.
• Recommend improvements and optimizations for existing solutions.
