Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and PhD candidate in Chemistry or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in organic chemistry / reaction development.
• Good written and oral communication; competent in project/team management.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to work independently, lead teams, develop solutions under strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Daily experiments and analysis of the collected data
• To supervise junior graduate students and undergraduate researchers
