Job summary

NTU School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on neuromorphic materials and devices. The role focuses on experimental post-CMOS devices such as memristors, exploring 2D materials, phase transition materials, spintronic and other nonlinear materials that exhibit neuromorphic dynamics.

The candidate will define experimental steps, conduct experiments, report results in publications and present at major conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in a similar role with hands-on experience in experimental device fabrication and/or testing, including experience gained during PhD
• Experience with 2D materials, memristors and optically materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and AI models is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills, with papers published in leading conferences or journals
