National University of Singapore invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Centre for Environment and Ageing Well (ENgAGE). The role focuses on analysis, synthesis, and recommendations within three themes: ageing in place, design for brain health, and climate change and ageing.

The Fellow will develop research initiatives, draft grant proposals, and produce scholarly outputs under the Centre Director’s supervision, with opportunities to pursue independent directions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Demonstrated research expertise in ageing in place, built environments, or climate resilience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong written and publication potential.
• Experience with GIS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualise research projects and develop competitive grant proposals.
• Assist in preparing and co-authoring academic publications, reports, and policy briefs.
• Conduct literature reviews to support project development and scholarly writing.
• Support development of research frameworks, methodologies, and study designs related to ageing, built environment, and wellbeing.
• Contribute to ENgAGE’s research agenda by identifying emerging topics and potential directions.
