Job summary

NTU Singapore invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on neuromorphic materials and devices. The role focuses on experimental post-CMOS and novel electronic devices (e.g., memristors) involving 2D materials, phase transition materials, spintronic and other nonlinear materials to drive neuromorphic dynamics.

Responsibilities include defining experimental steps, conducting experiments, reporting results in publications, and presenting at major conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with hands-on experimental device fabrication and/or testing (including PhD).
• Experience with 2D materials, memristors and optically materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and AI models is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills, with papers published in leading conferences or journals.
