Qualifications

• Strong publication record in ML/CV venues or hardware/EDA venues.
• Hands-on experience in model compression, efficient architectures, accelerator/RTL design, or embedded deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own research projects and publish at top venues.
• Collaborate across the algorithm–hardware boundary with PhD students and partners (ETH Zürich, Stanford, MIT).
• Help mentor students and shape new research directions and grant proposals.
