A leading telecommunications company in Singapore is seeking a Post-Sales Project Delivery Executive to drive the execution of service delivery for telecom and digital infrastructure projects across the ASEAN region. The role involves leading project delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth transitions from contract to handover. Ideal candidates should have a strong telecom background, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin.
We are looking for a solution-oriented and highly accountable Post-Sales Project Delivery Executive to join our Product & Solution Team, supporting regional delivery of telecom and digital infrastructure projects across the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for driving the execution of service delivery after contract closure, ensuring that technical solutions are implemented smoothly, on time, and to standard — with minimal supervision.
This position is ideal for professionals with a telecom background, strong stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage delivery from contract to handover. You will act as the key bridge between solution design, project procurement, technical teams, and operations.
Project Delivery Ownership
• Lead post-sales delivery of telecom and integrated solution projects across ASEAN countries
• Coordinate with the Network Department, suppliers, and internal product teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Liaise closely with the Solutions Team, Outbound Business Team, and relevant business units to manage the end-to-end execution of awarded projects
• Oversee procurement requests, vendor follow-ups, equipment/service delivery, and project reporting
Operations Integration
• Work with the Network Department to ensure smooth transition to operations upon completion
• Assist the Cost Operations Team in entering leased resource and service data, and verifying payment and invoicing accuracy
Commercial and Process Support
• Ensure all documentation related to project execution (BOMs, POs, delivery checklists) is properly maintained and submitted
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans where needed
Other Duties
• Support post-delivery optimization initiatives
• Participate in internal delivery process refinement and efficiency improvements
• Perform other assignments as directed by the department
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Work Experience:• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in telecom project delivery, technical support, or integrated solution implementation
• Familiarity with ASEAN regional delivery processes and customer environments preferred
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
• CCNA, HCNA, or optical transmission-related credentials are a plus
Strong understanding of telecom product lifecycles, including delivery of IP transmission, connectivity, cross-border services, and enterprise network solutions
Knowledge of telecom architecture, routing/switching principles, and project handover workflows
Experience working with internal systems for procurement and operations
Strong execution mindset and the ability to lead delivery with minimal supervision
Clear and structured communicator with excellent coordination skills
Fluent in both English and Mandarin — Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with product teams, engineering groups, and vendors in Mainland China
Detail-oriented, reliable, and confident managing multiple concurrent projects
Comfortable with cross-border coordination and occasional short-term travel
