Our client, a renowned multinational corporation specialising in marine transportation services, is seeking a Post-Fixture Coordinator to join their team!
Reporting to: Deputy General Manager & General Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
- Compute chemical laytime calculations.
- Issue accounts receivable such as freight and rebills, and follow up.
- Raise accounts payable vouchers, arrange payment, and follow up.
- Liaise with various departments, including Accounting, Chartering, Operations, Business Planning, and Group Planning.
- Handle reports for month-end closing purposes.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Shipping, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Inexperienced candidates from Maritime who are keen on Post-Fixture and learn laytime calculation are welcome
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
- 1-2 years of experience in post-fixture operations in a chemical tanker or a shipping company with a multi-cargo voyage model
- Knowledge of maritime operations, shipping contracts, and cargo handling.
- Strong understanding of charter party agreements, voyage operations, and laytime calculations
(Advantageous)
- Knowledge of IMOS is advantageous
- Understanding parcel tanker operations is highly preferred
- Prior experience in a shipping company that manages multiple charterers per voyage is an advantage
