Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth in alignment with company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with product development and manufacturing processes.
  3. Lead and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  4. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and formulate effective strategies.
  5. Manage key customer relationships and engagements, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Define program milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and monitor progress against established goals.
  7. Prepare and present reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing with a focus on sales and marketing. Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and technologies.
  3. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and project coordination.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  6. Strong understanding of semiconductor products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  8. Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams in both bilinguals.
  9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of establishing effective cooperation with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  10. Proficient in project management tools.
  11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  12. Ability to handle market competition and pressure, maintaining a positive attitude in high-intensity work environments.
  13. Resourceful and meticulous.
  14. Comfortable to work in Changi North Crescent.
