Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing with a focus on sales and marketing. Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and technologies.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and project coordination.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong understanding of semiconductor products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams in both bilinguals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of establishing effective cooperation with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Proficient in project management tools.
