Overview

Position: Logistic Coordinator/Executive (Shipment/Freight Forwarding/Import/Export)

Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT). Office to shift to Tuas West next year.

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Salary: Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT + Medical

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Marine Manufacturer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with storekeepers to meet customer shipment deadlines.
• Ensure item accuracy and availability; input serial numbers in Navision.
• Generate delivery orders (DO), including necessary shipping details.
• Schedule and route deliveries efficiently; arrange drivers and forwarders.
• Prepare export shipping documents (CIPL); coordinate fumigation if required.
• Verify transporter invoices and prevent overbilling.
• Liaise with freight forwarders for cost-effective service.
• Support sales with product samples, inventory checks, and urgent shipments.
