Overview

Position: HR Assistant Manager (HR Full Spectrum/Payroll) – URGENT

Location: Suntec City Tower 3 (Walking distance from MRTs)

Working hours: 5 days per week; Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary: up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Largest Indoor Edutainment Centre

Responsibilities
  • Payroll & Compliance: Manage full-cycle payroll, time attendance, and timesheet reviews.
  • Handle work pass applications, leave records, and government leave claims.
  • Administer work injury claims, medical insurance, and negotiate employee benefits.
  • Oversee tax clearance (IR21) and annual income tax submissions (IR8A).
  • HR Operations & Strategy: Develop HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct investigations, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide guidance to senior management.
  • Supervise overseas HR teams and support company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage HR/admin agreements (e.g., office leases).
  • Organize offsite meetings, travel bookings, and expense claims for leadership.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
