Job summary

Fuku is seeking a capable leader to guide POS projects from concept to rollout at Tai Seng. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, shape product strategy, and ensure timely updates that enhance usability, performance and reliability.

You will lead ongoing development, drive user growth, and ensure business objectives are met through effective deployment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in POS system development, deployment, optimisation, and maintenance.
Experience in POS, retail, F&B, or payment industries, with hands‑on knowledge of product rollout.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team to deliver POS projects efficiently, maintaining high standards and timely outcomes.
Gather feedback from clients and end-users to guide system improvements and enhance usability, performance, and reliability.
Translate product strategy and market requirements into technical solutions that drive adoption and competitiveness.
