Job Description

To manage a team of 10-12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To work with Sales Head to achieve individual as well as team sales targets
  • To lead and coach a team of telesales officer to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales
  • To recruit, train, and ramp new hires quickly and effectively
  • To proactively identify opportunities for improvements.
  • To monitor team sales performance
  • To develop sales strategies to ensure success and growth

Requirements

  • Experience in managing sales team
  • Prior telesales experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
