You will identify commercial drivers, use data and experimentation to unlock growth opportunities, and help make the hi! consumer app a stronger destination for engagement, self-service and monetisation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth, product, commercial analytics, CLM or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with dashboards, funnels, customer behaviour and commercial data.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Growth Management: manage hi!'s revenue performance with targets and regular reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities using data and experiments to drive revenue and app engagement.
• Drive adoption and active usage of the hi! consumer app across the funnel including installs, registrations and digital transactions.
• Collaborate with Product, CLM, Marketing, Analytics and Finance to move growth initiatives from idea to launch.
