Qualifications

• At least 1 year of agency experience with digital content execution.
• Willingness to investigate, innovate, and develop creative output focused on websites, social, and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Ideation and strategic acumen: translate strategy and consumer insights into brave, effective ideas and present rationale to Creative Directors and clients.
• Content creation/production: lead execution from concept to completion, collaborating with in-house teams and vendors; supervise production when needed.
• Business acumen: understand industry and client business; recognize commercial implications of agency decisions.
• People management: collaborate with Creative Leads; mentor junior content creators/interns.
• Digital: stay updated on social/digital trends and platform formats; apply knowledge to creative work.
• Leadership: develop solutions to mid-level issues.
• Professional: minimum agency experience with digital content best practices; drive innovative creative output.
