Job summary

Jurong Port is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage billing and revenue processes within a busy, dynamic port environment in Singapore. You will verify service delivery against contracts, prepare monthly accruals, and support month-end close while coordinating with Operations, Finance and Documentation teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience in port operations or commercial roles, with a proactive, team-focused mindset and strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Higher is required.
• Previous experience in port operations, shipping, or commercial roles would be advantageous.
• Pro-active team player with a sense of urgency and excellent communication in a dynamic port environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review vessel jobs to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer billing processes.
• Verify service delivery against contracted terms and ensure all chargeable services are properly captured and documented.
• Prepare monthly revenue accrual preparations and support month-end financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Documentation) to ensure seamless commercial operations and timely information flow.
