Porsche Lifestyle Store Lead (Contract)

Porsche Singapore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Lead to join our Porsche Lifestyle team. This key role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical retail store operations—ensuring high levels of team commitment, operational excellence, and a seamless, world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the retail business, uphold Porsche’s visual merchandising standards, and cultivate meaningful customer interactions that build lasting loyalty. You will be instrumental in maximizing sales opportunities and driving growth and profitability, while also monitoring and reporting on store performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Porsche Lifestyle retail store within the Porsche Studio Singapore, ensuring all activities are aligned with Porsche's standards, policies, and SOPs. Responsibilities include managing store opening and closing, overseeing sales transactions, packaging orders, handling online collection orders, staff rostering, vendor repairs, and maintaining a compliant, optimal working environment.
  2. Enhance Customer Experience: Oversee the Porsche Lifestyle Customer Journey from initial contact to purchase, building strong relationships with customers to achieve high satisfaction, encouraging referrals and repeat business. Deliver an exceptional experience by sharing Porsche Lifestyle’s brand stories, creating personalized interactions, and fostering loyalty.
  3. Maximize Sales and Growth: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities across all customer segments, including B2B. Build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to drive revenue. Engage new target groups and expand the customer base.
  4. Stock and Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, support product planning, manage stock transfers, and optimize inventory to meet business demands while maintaining Porsche standards.
  5. Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation: Maintain visual standards, ensure displays reflect the Porsche Lifestyle brand, and regularly refresh displays to create an inviting environment.
  6. Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback to refine store offerings and enhance customer experience, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Team Development and Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide coaching, support, and foster a culture of learning to motivate the team.
