Porsche Singapore is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our Porsche Lifestyle team at our innovative, brand-driven retail store located in Jewel Changi Airport. As the face of Porsche Lifestyle, you will play a vital role in delivering a next-level customer experience. You will help bring this unique retail concept to life through exceptional service, authentic storytelling, and a deep understanding of our products and brand values.

The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable retail and customer experiences. You will take pride in representing the Porsche brand, support daily sales activities, maintain visual merchandising standards, and engage customers in a way that builds lasting loyalty. With a keen eye for sales opportunities, you will contribute to achieving store targets and support overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless customer experiences
• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the Porsche's brand image
• Support customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in executing sales plans, marketing events, visual merchandising, and promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end fashion, retail, or a similar role
• Passionate about the Porsche brand and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Commercially aware, with a strong interest in fashion, retail operations and customer engagement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and brand enthusiasts
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by a strong "Can-Do" attitude and continuous learning mindset
