Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Polymer Technician to support production, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support of polymer-based materials and processes. You will help ensure quality, efficiency, and smooth manufacturing operations.

The role involves operating processing equipment, conducting tests, and collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to maintain standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification in Polymer, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in polymer, plastics, rubber, chemical manufacturing is an advantage.
• Hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor polymer processing equipment.
• Conduct material testing, inspection, and quality checks.
• Support polymer mixing, compounding, molding, or production processes.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment-related issues.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain production standards.
• Prepare technical reports and production records.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
