Policy Management Admin (HealthCare) // Govt Agency

Location: Toa Payoh MRT

Salary: $13.6 - $18.5/hr

Working Hours: Mon- Thu(830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Scope:

  • Screen and process applications for specialist accreditation and registration of healthcare professionals.

  • Correspond with applicants and employers regarding the status and requirements of their submissions.

  • Review, implement, and manage policies and procedures related to professional accreditation and registration.

  • Provide secretariat support for Board, Council, and professional committee meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and logistical coordination.

  • Handle general enquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in regulatory, policy, operations, or administrative roles is advantageous.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional presence.

  • Technologically proficient, especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
