A governmental agency in Singapore is seeking a Policy Management Admin to support healthcare professional accreditation. This role involves handling applications, managing related policies, and providing administrative support during meetings. Location: Toa Payoh MRT
Salary: $13.6 - $18.5/hr
Working Hours: Mon- Thu(830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Job Scope:
Screen and process applications for specialist accreditation and registration of healthcare professionals.
Correspond with applicants and employers regarding the status and requirements of their submissions.
Review, implement, and manage policies and procedures related to professional accreditation and registration.
Provide secretariat support for Board, Council, and professional committee meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and logistical coordination.
Handle general enquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in regulatory, policy, operations, or administrative roles is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional presence.
Technologically proficient, especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
