Job summary

The Info-communications Media Development Authority in Singapore is looking for a Policy team member in their Data Innovation and Protection Group (DIPG). You will develop data policies that not only protect individuals but also facilitate economic benefits through innovation.

Your responsibilities include updating policies, providing guidance, and managing stakeholder relationships both locally and internationally. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in policy development or regulatory work.

Qualifications

• 3 – 6 years of experience in policy development, regulatory work or legislation.
• Experience preferably in areas related to technology and data.
• Occasional international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Update data protection policies and laws.
• Provide guidance for personal data protection.
• Give expert policy advice to IMDA teams.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor global and technology trends.
• Support senior management on international trips.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior colleagues.
