Changi General Hospital is looking for podiatrists to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in enhancing patients' overall health and well-being by diagnosing and managing foot-related disorders as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.

Responsibilities
  1. General management of skin and nail conditions including calluses, corns, warts and fungal infections
  2. Perform partial or total nail avulsion
  3. Perform diabetic foot screening (neurovascular assessment) and assess risk category of condition
  4. Management of foot wounds including performing wound debridement and selection of appropriate dressings, as well as providing wound care education
  5. Provide foot care education, including educating patients on footwear selection based on health condition
  6. Perform biomechanical assessment and gait analysis
  7. Capture impressions of patients’ feet for prescription of customised insoles
  8. Prescription of prefabricated or customised insoles based on foot condition
  9. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to seek out opportunities for enhancements to quality, productivity and/or patient safety and care
Requirements
  1. Degree in Podiatry or equivalent.
  2. Ability to work in a team or independently.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Those with at least 5 years of relevant experience can be considered for senior positions.
