Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive PMO / Project Administrator to support one of our leading global banking clients within their Group Compliance Technology division.

This is a 12-month contractual role, ideal for someone with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, support multiple project and operational deliverables, and play a key role in resource management, financial tracking, asset administration, vendor coordination, and floor logistics for the tech division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project administration
  • Manage project financials: budgeting, planning, and tracking
  • Handle project resource tracking and allocation
  • Administer asset lifecycle: procurement, allocation, and reclamation
  • Prepare Memos/SOWs for project initiatives
  • Maintain vendor contract records and support renewals
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of staff
  • Liaise for audit activities and internal approvals
  • Prepare presentations and project documentation
  • Track key PMO deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Provide floor and admin logistics support
  • Participate in special initiatives (e.g., office relocations)

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant PMO / Admin support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office
  • Self-starter with strong accountability
  • Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Good stakeholder and vendor coordination skills
  • Experience in handling internal approval processes

Good to Have:

  • Experience in budgeting or financial tracking
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools or reporting
