The ideal candidate will lead the PMO initiatives while mentoring a team and ensuring smooth transitions in the PMO processes. Responsibilities

• Facilitates IT strategy planning and IT masterplanning.
• Orchestrates IT annual and quarterly business planning.
• Tracks projects from budget submission to approvals and implementation.
• Presents summary reports at senior IT leadership committees.
• Assesses current PMO operations and proposes enhancements.
• Defines governance structures for project oversight.
• Leads change management initiatives for PMO transformation.
• Structures and manages PMO support for NUHS Cluster.
• Leads and mentors PMO staff.
• Reports to Head of PMO.

Job description

• Facilitates IT strategy planning and IT masterplanning.
• Orchestrates IT annual and quarterly business planning.
• Tracks projects from budget submission to approvals, implementation and post-implementation reviews.
• Presents summary reports and facilitates prioritisation and approval conversations at senior IT leadership committees.
• Assess current PMO operations, processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to drive process improvements, efficiency, and scalability
• Define and implement governance structures, ensuring consistent project oversight, reporting, including metrics, templates, processes, and best practises
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during PMO transformation; including evaluation and adoption of new processes, tools, technologies and practices to enhance PMO operations
• Structures and manages the PMO support for NUHS Cluster, Institutions and IT Portfolios, working in close partnership with Group Chief Information Officer
• Leads and mentors team of PMO staff in solid line and dotted line relationships to achieve above outcomes
• Reports to Head of PMO, Group IT Office
