Overall Objective
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The PMO Manager will work closely with the project implementation team members, managers, and lead to help deliver medium and large projects efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the PMO team to ensure proper management of PMO activities.
- Responsible for (medium/large) project pre-project planning, project kick-off facilitation, creation of project plan, overseeing the successful execution of project plan with timely communication to all project stakeholders with gate reviews.
- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution, as well as project's scope, deliverable, budget, and justification.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Oversee the project pipeline and guide the core team on agile practices and sprint activities.
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Optimize communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee projects implementation by proactively managing all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
- Oversee the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, EEE, or a related field.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Scrum Master/RDPM/ITIL may be advantageous.
- Project Management experience directly involved in medium and large projects in the Physical security industry/field (e.g. ACS, CCTV, IDS, or any physical security system certification) is an advantage.
- A minimum of five years' experience in the industry.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
