Job summary

You will drive change management, develop capability within the PMO team, and translate large banking strategies into actionable project roadmaps while collaborating with stakeholders and regulators where applicable.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of banking or financial services programme experience.
• Deep experience in change management and PMO governance.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and Sanctions.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for AML projects.
• Standardise project reporting for governance meetings.
• Track budgets and timelines with governance.
• Support multiple streams including delivery, integration, testing.
• Set and enforce project governance frameworks.
• Lead a small PMO analyst team.
