Job summary

Job Title: PMO Executive (IT Projects)

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

Work Arrangement: 4 days per week from office

Salary Range: SGD 2,000 - 3,500 per month

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated PMO Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support our internal IT project teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in documentation and coordination, and able to assist in ensuring smooth project execution across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and reporting IT project activities.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with resource planning, budget tracking, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure project governance compliance and adherence to internal processes.
  • Prepare dashboards, weekly/monthly PMO reports, and portfolio-level updates for management.
  • Support internal audits, quality checks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or related IT project support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project lifecycle, documentation, and governance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up ability
