Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst/Specialist to join our client, a leading bank, to support project governance, reporting, and coordination across strategic initiatives, ideally within the Credit Cards or Consumer Banking domain. This is a 1-year renewable contract role, suited for candidates with strong PMO and stakeholder management experience in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project governance and standards across the Credit Cards portfolio.
  • Track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues to ensure successful execution of timelines.
  • Prepare and consolidate PMO reports, dashboards, and steering committee decks.
  • Work with Project Managers and Business Leads to ensure adherence to project lifecycle, budgeting, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to support project planning and resource management.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including RAID logs, schedules, and financial tracking.
  • Support audit and regulatory reporting related to the project portfolio.
  • Help streamline PMO processes and continuously improve reporting tools and templates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role within banking or financial services.
  • Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or payments is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Clarity, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
