Job description:

Position Overview

Review annual work plans, provide insights to management, and support strategies and approaches to manage and meet demands. Portfolio demands cover applications managed by our group for various entities, including any new applications, projects, and services.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes to evaluate performance and inform stakeholders.
  2. Maintain the Project Status Registry for MSO projects and provide necessary reporting to management, including escalations.
  3. Support risk and issue management processes by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, including developing risk strategies and contingency plans.
  4. Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership, providing regular updates and facilitating collaboration.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase success rates and efficiency.
  6. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture within MSO, promoting professional growth and maintaining high standards of project management excellence.
Requirements
  1. Degree with 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
  2. Experience analyzing large data sets and providing initial analysis.
  3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint is an advantage.
  4. Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  5. Effective at gathering information through meetings, interactions, and observations.
  6. Objective, proactive, and independent.
  7. Demonstrated program management skills, including analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage project status effectively.
