Job summary

Monee in Singapore is seeking a proactive graduate to join our operations and finance teams. You will identify process improvements and support SOP development while collaborating across regional markets to boost productivity.

You will analyze data, manage projects, and assist strategic initiatives while building cross-functional relationships. We seek candidates with a BA/BS in Finance, Business, Engineering or related fields, graduating by July 2027 and joining by Aug 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field, graduating by July 2027.
• Strong interest in project management and process improvement.
• Comfortable working with data and drawing insights to support decision-making.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across functions or countries.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and drive areas for process improvement across regional and local teams and all markets that we operate in.
• Drive productivity and efficiency through operational optimization and best practices.
• Support the development and alignment of SOPs, benchmarks, and performance targets.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance tracking.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
• Track business performance and support the preparation of management reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives, operating models, and corporate development.
