Job description

We are hiring a Digital Product Manager to lead complex transformation programs across Digital Banking, Finance, and Data Analytics.

•Lead the strategic delivery of digital banking transformation programs, including Retail, Mobile, and Personal Online Banking, ensuring alignment with evolving customer expectations and regulatory mandates.

•Drive complex finance domain transformations across General Ledger, Reconciliation, Tax, Budgeting, and Risk Management, embedding control, transparency, and efficiency into financial operations.

•Manage full project lifecycle execution using structured (PMBOK) and agile (SAFe/Scrum) methodologies, ensuring disciplined governance across scope, budget, timelines, risk, and quality dimensions.

•Act as a cross-functional conduit between business units, technology teams, finance, and compliance stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into executable delivery roadmaps.

•Oversee the definition and execution of enterprise data and system integration strategies, enabling robust interoperability across core banking, ERP, and financial reporting platforms.

•Architect and supervise the implementation of BI and analytics platforms, leveraging tools like Tableau and Oracle Discoverer to deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards.

•Lead the deployment of data engineering solutions using Hadoop, Hive, Impala, and ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage), ensuring scalable and performant data pipelines for financial analytics.

•Govern third-party vendor engagements, contractual performance, and platform integration activities to ensure delivery consistency and operational resilience.

•Champion organizational change through structured Change Management initiatives, driving adoption of new digital capabilities and ensuring stakeholder readiness.

•Demonstrate hands-on expertise across a broad technology stack, including Oracle SQL, Python, Unix scripting, Control-M, SFTP, and PeopleSoft ERP, enabling effective cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
