Expert in Plumbing & Sanitary Works

Over X years of hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining plumbing and sanitary systems in line with PUB and BCA requirements.

Strong Knowledge of Local Codes

Thorough understanding of Singapore’s regulatory standards including PUB submissions, HDB & BCA guidelines, and industry best practices.

Skilled in Water Supply & Drainage Design

Proficient in preparing water supply and sanitary layouts using AutoCAD and BIM software with accurate pipe sizing, pressure calculations, and slope requirements.

Effective Team Collaboration

Capable of coordinating with architects, M&E engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of plumbing systems with other services.

Project & Site Management

Experienced in overseeing site works, inspections, and contractor coordination to ensure timely project completion with quality and compliance.
