Key Responsibility :

• Oversee projects to improve efficiency, profitability, and performance.
• Monitor project progress to stay within budget and schedule.
• Provide regular updates and flag any risks or delays.
• Lead project meetings with internal teams and external clients.
• Act as the main contact point between customers and the project team.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams from different departments to solve issues during the project.
• Report project status, risks, and challenges to management.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of automation technologies is a plus.
• Familiar with project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with design tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
