About Us

We are a vibrant and exciting children's play area dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for families to play, learn, and create memories together. Our facility offers a range of activities and play areas designed to stimulate children's imaginations and promote active play.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome parents and children, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform computer tasks and administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries via phone or email, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area by resetting toys, sanitizing surfaces and conducting general cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor the play area to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and regulations.
  • Assist with special events or activities as needed. These events include birthday parties, holiday programmes and themed activities.
Qualifications
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
  • A passion for working with children and families.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.
  • 5 day work week (9 hours/day).
Compensation

Compensation: $2800-3200. Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
