Job summary
DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate for the Observability Platform SRE Engineer role within the SRE & Governance group. You will drive high availability, automation, and data-driven observability across enterprise systems while reducing toil and increasing productivity.
The role collaborates with development and operations to integrate platforms with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in IT with ELK, Grafana, OTEL, Prometheus and related tools, plus
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with observability platforms and enterprise-grade data apps.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities across tools.
- Experience with monitoring, tracing, metrics and alerting best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring guidelines for applications using observability platform stack.
- Implement standards, operations and processes for enterprise observability.
- Automate routine tasks and reporting via APIs and scripting.
- Analyze transaction traces, logs and metrics to resolve issues.
- Create dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Integrate observability stack with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Configure alerts and establish data retention and RBAC controls.
- Maintain platform components and EOS/EOL for agents and controllers.
