Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to manage identity and access across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Teams. You will implement security policies, provisioning, and governance.

You'll troubleshoot authentication issues, support audits, and maintain IAM procedures with clear documentation. This on-site role offers the opportunity to influence security operations in a fast-growing tech environment.

Formación

• Senior experience in Microsoft 365 identity and access management.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and access control.
• Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage user provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning.
• Administer Entra ID security groups, RBAC, and conditional access policies.
• Enforce identity and collaboration security policies across Microsoft 365.
• Support governance and access controls for SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Investigate and resolve authentication and access-related incidents.
• Assist with audits, access reviews, and compliance checks.
• Maintain IAM procedures and documentation.
