Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a technology consultancy in Singapore, seeks a Platform Operations Engineer for a 1-year contract to manage cybersecurity platforms including Palo Alto firewalls, Carbon Black EDR, Cloudflare DMS, and CyberArk PAM. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls, including policy management and upgrades.
• Experience with Cloudflare DDoS mitigation and WAF platforms and SSL cert management.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM or similar privileged access management solutions.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, patching, and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance on Palo Alto firewalls at onsite sites and conduct health checks.
• Monitor Carbon Black EDR servers and troubleshoot sensor health, logs, and onboarding of endpoints.
• Manage Cloudflare DMS onboarding/offboarding, log reviews, and documentation in enterprise repository.
• Maintain CyberArk PAM onboarding/offboarding and access reviews; manage password rotation and audit logs.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and perform change requests per CM process.
• Generate maintenance reports after each maintenance cycle including health checks and patch status.
